B24 The Ballad of Beautiful Heathens

6 - 7 Oct 2024

BodyScramble presents B24 The Ballad of Beautiful Heathens

This fast paced, physical theatre based re-imagined short story by Arthur Conan Doyle plunges into the modern day world with murder, revenge and tragedy at it’s core

Using, Ensemble based physical theatre, spatial dramaturgy and cinematic theatre making to bring this film noir revenge story to life.

Prisoner no. B24 is sentenced to death, for the murder of the rich and well established Lord Mannering. They have one final chance to recount their story and their journey of events, accusing the wife of the Lord for the murder.

The problem is, where perspective is everything. Who do you believe?
