Take Part

The Lambeth Fringe offers a platform to an eclectic vibrant mix of early career artists, touring productions, stand-up comedy, and genre-bending new work.

A performing arts festival established in 2015 (formerly The Clapham Fringe) and run by the team behind the award-winning Bread & Roses Theatre, The Lambeth Fringe takes place over 4 weeks in September - October. This growing festival encompasses theatre, comedy, film, burlesque, improv, musicals, children’s shows, immersive theatre, drag and cabaret.

In 2024 The Lambeth Fringe expanded across the borough and introduces new venues to the festival offering further possibility to share work.

Slots are generally up to 60 minutes and shows take place through the day and evening from 1 night to 1 week runs.

Applications are open to all and we encourage bold and exciting new work, WIP shows, indie film and touring shows alike. There is a registration fee of £80 to take part but no fee to apply. Venues are on a box office split basis.

"A brand new, egalitarian performing arts festival...aims to celebrate and foster emerging talent by offering an affordable stage for comedy and drama." South West Londoner
