Martin Corrigan: Holding Court (WIP) & The Big Bald Book Club
Martin Corrigan is a towering presence in his community, because he's very very tall. Join him as he holds court with an extended stand-up and storytelling set looking at the past and the present.
Martin's stories and jokes take the audience from his childhood and youth in the North of Ireland during the final years of The Troubles and the years immediately following the Good Friday Agreement, through to his later adulthood over in the bright lights (some lights) of London. Chatting about the scandal-hit Catholic church, about family and also about being a very, very, very big boy, this Northern Irish comedian never bombs.
In the second half of the show, Martin will be joined onstage by fellow follicly challenged comedian scott manley hadley for a live taping of their LAFS-produced podcast, THE BIG BALD BOOK CLUB, where they will be discussing a book very close to one of their big bald hearts...
