Mr Goujon

Step into the whimsical world of Mr Goujon, a one-man theatrical gem that fuses immersive theater, magical realism, comedy, and poignant drama. Inspired by true stories from the events industry, this captivating performance invites audiences into the life of a VIP waiter navigating the bizarre and extravagant world of high-society gatherings in the UK.

Audience members become part of the show, cast as event staff attending an unconventional briefing in a grand English palace. As Mr Goujon demonstrates the art of cocktail-making and the refined rituals of elite service, each task opens a door to a new story—some hilarious, others deeply moving. From outrageous tales of eccentric guests to tender moments of introspection, the performance is as unpredictable as it is enchanting.

Beneath the humor lies a rich emotional core, exploring themes of identity, invisibility, and the resilience of those who serve behind the scenes. Blending mime, clowning, and masterful storytelling, Mr Goujon creates an intimate, interactive experience that lingers long after the final bow.

More than a play, it’s a celebration of storytelling, a tribute to the unsung, and an unforgettable theatrical adventure.
