Orion Lewis: Leave It To Me (WIP)
Comedian Orion Lewis (former gifted child and current neurodivergent nightmare) peaked at nine years old, and spent the next twenty years becoming an exponentially worse version of herself. Determined for her life to be more than a waste of potential, she sets out to figure out where she lost herself and how to get back to who she used to be: a BAMF.
Through quick-fire jokes, confessional storytelling, and the thrilling wonder of PowerPoint, Orion spirals through love, family, morality, and mental health.
Reconciling expectations with reality, the plight of having an unreasonably hot mom, and why you should never date your heroes — Leave It To Me is a coming-of-age story about an inner child trying to grow an outer adult before they turn 30.
A funny, poignant and unexpected hybrid show blending theatre, storytelling and stand-up.
Orion Lewis is a comedian, writer and actor. She is an alumna of Soho Theatre’s Sketch Lab and Comedy PLUS Lab, a card-carrying member of the IBTC, and a culinary liability.
