Remember, Remember!

3 - 4 Oct 2025

Remember, Remember!

Gather around the bonfire, girlies. It’s time for a story.

It’s November, 1605. Some rebellious Catholics are on a mission to overthrow King James I and his protestant tyranny.

You think you know the tale of the Gunpowder Plot? You DON’T!

Did you know that really, really, it involved musical numbers? Forbidden love? Loads of cock? Lorraine Kelly?

Get ready for WIT? Theatre Company’s incredibly misinformed, inaccurate retelling of one of Britain’s most infamous tales of treason.

WIT? Theatre Company is formed of Kluane Saunders, Tom O’Kelly, Lucy Buncombe and Ross Tomlinson. Their summer run of Newsrevue at Canal Cafe Theatre was met with multiple 5 star reviews, and Remember, Remember! is their hotly anticipated first show as an independent theatre company
