New show from alternative clown, existential-dreading man-child Sam Dodgshon which uses a lifetime's worth of photos to examine memory, chronicle childhood and attempt to answer the question: 'why is everything like it is and how will people remember me when I die?'. Good coffee, cheeesy toasties, cold beers, delicious cocktails and the most welcoming staff. It’s the perfect place to meet with friends, work in comfort, or relax admiring local artworks. As the evening draws in, the space morphs into a lively bar with intimate nights of comedy, theatre, music, spoken word, and special one-off events and parties. A unique space with plenty of atmosphere that’s open and inclusive to all. Queer-friendly and proudly a safe space for the LGBTQIA community, with many events led by or created for queer people.
The Spacement is an intimate space downstairs at The Glitch with a capacity of 30, ideal for Stand Up Comedy, script readings, film screenings, intimate sharings, presentations, spoken word, and acoustic nights. Basic tech provision.
