The London Bridge Show
This is a work-in-progress comedy show about a Human Statue who becomes literally and metaphorically stuck. Through the show they will attempt to make sense of things. The Human statue uses surreal stories and strange theories to find meaning in what can be overlooked.
The Human statue tells an anecdote about a couple on holiday taking a selfie on London Bridge. A world is built using stories, video and props.The props are a cast of everyday objects. The stories feature confusing aspects of contemporary life; a lollipop lady, dust and immersive experiences that simulate natural disasters.

El Gold is an artist working in drawing and performance. They co- run and host ‘Hey Mum’ a comedy and performance night. They have performed as part of Brighton Fringe, Edinburgh Fringe and at venues in London, Glasgow and Cambridge. When they chop the onions, it is the onions who cry.

A 50-seat fringe venue above The Bread & Roses Pub, the theatre programs a wide-spread variety of productions for local as well as far-reaching audiences. Recently renovated, The Bread and Roses Theatre features brand new tiered seating, with 50 new individual seats, and a professional floor.
