From Salford to Lambeth Fringe, Troika are presenting this morning i woke up dead. A contemporary, movement-based performance that delves into the nature of tragedy and its impact on our lives. An Artist, A Star Crossed Lover and a Bartender. Together, they embark on an abstarct exploration of various tragedies, seeking to understand the mysterious forces that have brought them together.
Through a visual story, the performance guides the audience on a journey of discovery. We aim to provoke thought and discussion, encouraging attendees to leave the space contemplating different perspectives on tragedy and reflecting on its profound effects, both past and present. The piece weaves together elements of movement, song, and narration, offering a unique blend of humour and poignant reflection on life, loss and the unexpected relationships that can emerge from shared experiences.
