'Overwhelm' tells the story of three young men at a crossroads, each battling his own demons in a world that demands every bit of his soul. Jake has barely left the flat in months. Miles is moving on with his life. And Riley may be sinking below rock bottom... perhaps even six feet under. Jake is determined to pull Riley out of the mire, but how can he help someone else when he can’t even help himself?
From the award-winning team that brought you Sessions, “a strong, convincing two-hander about generational cycles of offending... ”, Working Progress Collective’s newest project explores male loneliness, the dangers of online radicalization, and addiction.

Home of The Lambeth Fringe, The Bread & Roses, is an award-winning and innovative fringe pub theatre.
A 50-seat fringe venue above The Bread & Roses Pub, the theatre programs a wide-spread variety of productions for local as well as far-reaching audiences. Equality, diversity and artistic quality are at the forefront of the theatre's programming, which features in-house productions as well as many visiting companies. The theatre regularly hosts touring shows and has worked with award-winning ensembles with decades of experience but also frequently welcomes and supports emerging theatre-makers taking their first steps.
